                                                        Sharon Daughtry, RDH Dental Hygienist

A Richmond native, Sharon provides personalized preventative dental care to our patients with over 20 years of dental experience. After many years as a Dental Assistant, Sharon attended and graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2001. To further her education, Sharon completed training to administer nitrous oxide and local anesthetic in 2008. Her professional goal is to tailor each patient's treatment to fit their individual needs and to make every patient comfortable during their visit while providing excellent care.

Sharon is an active member of the Commonwealth Dental Hygienist's Society and served as President from 2004-2006. She also volunteered her time to "Dentistry from the Heart" in 2010, 2011, and 2012 which offered free dental services for the local community.

Sharon is married with two children and enjoys spending most of her spare time with her family. She spends many weekends at swim meets cheering on her children. Her hobbies include walking, yoga, and spending time with her dogs.

 
 

                                                        Whitney Hinkle, RDH Dental Hygienist

Whitney, a local Virginian, grew up in Goochland and now resides in Henrico. While she has been in the dental field for over 10 years, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2007 from Virginia Commonwealth University. She takes great interest in her patients and truly enjoys what she does. She strives to provide each patient treatment tailored specifically to their needs, while making them feel as comfortable as possible in the office.

Whitney is an active member and current President of the Commonwealth Dental Hygienist’s Society. She enjoys attending continuing education courses to further her dental knowledge. She was a volunteer in 2007 for the “M.O.M.” project in Roanoke and Eastern Shore and plans to do it again one day.

Whitney has a great thirst for life and loves all that Virginia and the great outdoors have to offer. Her hobbies include reading, crocheting, yoga, being active and traveling with her husband and friends. She and her husband can be seen enjoying local festivals, live music and sporting events. She also enjoys taking walks with her Yorkie, Sophie.

 
 

                                                            Vickie Nance, Dental Assistant

Vickie has over 9 years experience as a Dental Assistant.  Dental assisting is her passion because she has the knack of putting patients at ease and actually making their dental visits fun.  Vickie holds certifications in radiography and CPR. She also tries to attend as many seminars/classes as she is able to continue her education in the dental field. The Khisti Dental Center has very talented staff members and Vickie is very proud to be able to work with such an amazing staff.

 
When not assisting, Vickie has her own business and spends time teaching her business partners how to expand their own business and be better leaders. She is also an active member of N.E.W (Network of Enterprising Women) and The New Kent Junior Women's Club. Vickie and her husband enjoy flying around (upside down) in their aerobatic bi-plane. She helps him rebuild airplanes, works on investment properties and at the end of their very busy day, they enjoy just coming home to relax with their three cats, Kirby, Callie Marie and Clyde.
